Hey, you can’t be drunk the WHOLE time, right?

My girlfriends and I are headed to LAS VEGAS, BABY!!! Vegas can be REALLY fun or really EHH depending on who you go with and what you do. (Luckily for me, my girl friends are REALLY fun whether it’s hanging out at a coffee shop with them or climbing Angkor Wat in Cambodia.) After eating big fantastic meals and long nights of debauchery, what’s a girl to do during the day?

SPA! It’s a great way to relax and pamper yourself like a rockstar. Services can be pretty high, but there’s ways around it! Day passes give you access to their facilities (saunas, steam rooms, spa pools, and more!) for a really reasonable price.

Spa time for the frugal Vegas babe:

1. Qua Bathhouse at Caeser’s Palace: For a $45 day pass, it’s a great way to fiegn Roman elegance by dipping your hungover body into one of their 3 Roman baths of varying temperatures, the Laconium Room (ultra-heated), and the Snow Room (cold, cold, cold!). Massages and spa treatmeats can be pricey, but for $45, you can spend the day dipping in pools, gossiping with your gfs, and sweating out that cranberry vodka in the sauna. Another perk? If you’re traveling with a big bachlorette party, you can all come back and get ready at Qua! They provide waterfall showers, towels, hairdryers, curling irons, mirrors, and best of all… bathroom space.

2. Bathhouse at THEhotel at Mandalay Bay: The smaller extention of Mandalay Bay, THEhotel has a sleeker and zen-like spa called Bathhouse. It’s smaller than Qua or even the spa facilities at Mandalay bay, but don’t discount size for the awesome service! Bathhouse has 3 showers, two spa pools, suana, and two steam rooms. Dark stone, clean facilities, calming music… For the price of a $35 day pass, it’s a great place to relax your tired dancing feet and refresh your pores for more debauchery!!

3. The Mirage Spa: Less then a year old, this newly rennovated spa is really clean (something that’s important when you’re dealing with hundreds of nekked people walking around a room) and relaxing. For $25, you have access to the steam room and hot spa. Unfortunately, it’s not covered if you’re a Mirage guest, but for $25, it’s worth the cost!
